  1. Case Manager needed for Apartment Treatment Program to provide rehabilitative services to a caseload of mentally ill adults living in level II apartments with the goal of assisting them to move to more independent housing. Must be available for 24-hour crisis management. The Case Manager is responsible for compliance with requirements, including, facilitating appropriate admissions and discharges, maintaining census, documentation compliance and incident reporting. Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related discipline and knowledge of mental illness.
  2. Compliance Assistant needed to conduct program reviews and evaluate program performance as it relates to compliance with HUD regulations.  Responsibilities include assisting with outlining effective corrective actions as necessary; assisting in preparation for annual recertification; serving as liaison with Finance Department and third party vendors to ensure accuracy of certifications; processing income verifications through HUD; processing SAVE verifications as necessary; assisting Compliance Manager and Residence Managers with obtaining and correcting documentation and resolving other issues at each HUD residence as they arise; other duties as assigned.  Requirements:  A Bachelors Degree.  Job specific experience and experience in Residential Services is highly desirable.

  3. Temporary Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to respond to calls for intake information from internal and external programs; serve as the vocational liaison to two Continuing Day Treatment (CDT) treatment teams; attend team meetings weekly; provide individual vocational counseling plus vocational planning for team clients; run career clubs using a training model; supervise mailroom staff, including coordinating and overseeing agency mailing projects; provide vocational evaluation and case management for VESID-referred consumers; and other duties as may be assigned.
    RequirementsMasters Degree (CRC or LMHC) or equivalent preferred.  Bachelors Degree with appropriate experience will be considered.  Computer proficiency, good writing, organizational and interpersonal skills required.

  4. Administrative Assistant needed for transitional supported housing program serving individuals with serious mental illness coming from acute care and forensic facilities.  Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to communicating with staff, clients and providers on admission status and other pertinent information; compiling information for updates and reports; customer service; answering office telephone and relaying messages accurately in written form; ability to type 45 wpm; performing data entry and upkeep; distributing client personal needs allowance checks; sorting and distributing mail to clients and program staff; filing, faxing, using e-mail.   Requirements:  working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; must conduct self in a professional and courteous manner at all times; Must be able to work independently; good oral and written communication skills required.  Apply online at: https://home.eease.com/recruit/?id=468829

  5. Registered Nurse needed to provide mobile medical services and assessments to clients throughout the continuum of residential programs.  Responsibilities will include responding to requests for services relative to resident individuals who are refusing medical/psychiatric care; providing trainings to residential staff specific to the needs of the population; assisting in assuring appropriate care is being administered; helping to educate clients and staff about preventative measures to reduce the need for emergency medical intervention; training staff and clients around medication, specifically the various types, potential side effects, proper administration/supervision and possible contra-indications; performing all other related duties as requiredRequirements: License and current registration to practice as a registered professional nurse in NYS.   6. Assistant Residence Manager (ARM) needed for transitional supported housing program serving individuals with serious mental illness coming from acute care and forensic facilities.  Under the direct supervision of the Residence Manager, the ARM will manage the administrative functions and staff supervision, including providing individual counseling and crisis intervention for a caseload of residents; available for 24-hour crisis management; petty cash reconciliation; monitoring status of client benefits; distribution of client payments; purchasing; overseeing  medication monitoring and logbook documentation; direct supervision of Residence Counselors, including scheduling, discipline, and performance evaluations; ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, including facilitating appropriate admissions and discharges, maintenance of census, documentation compliance, and incident reporting; preparing for re-certification site visits, reviews, and inspections; any other duties as may be assigned.  Requirements:  High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.  Minimum 4 years experience in mental health setting.  Residential experience highly desirable.  Apply online at:  https://home.eease.com/recruit/?id=468839

  7.
